Return Policy:

At The Scrub Room we value our customers and strive to provide the utmost shopping experience.

Returns on eligible items are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in new, unworn condition with “all” tags attached, and with all original packaging in the state you received them. You may return your items through mail*, or in person at either of our locations. If returning by mail, please call 226-383-4303 prior to shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse worn, soiled or damaged merchandise.

*Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please use use a carrier that provides proof of delivery, insurance, and traceability in case of loss or damaged parcels. When your items are received, we will ship out your new product.
